General Training Terms (CGF)

Key provisions

• Article 1 — Purpose: Regulates contractual relations between carrefourduweb (Qualiopi-certified, F3242-1-I) and clients/trainees subscribing to a training action.
• Article 2 — Identification: Activity declaration n° 32591300259 (DREETS Hauts-de-France).
• Article 3 — Registration: Each registration leads to a vocational training agreement (art. L6353-1 French Labour Code), signed before training begins.
• Article 4 — Pricing: Prices are in euros excl. VAT. Applicable VAT specified per quote.
• Article 5 — Payment: Default 30% deposit on signing, balance upon completion. OPCO funding requires written approval prior to start.
• Article 6 — Cancellation: Sliding scale (>10 days notice = free, 5-10 days = 30%, <5 days = 50%, day-of/no-show = 100%).
• Article 6 bis — Right of withdrawal (consumers): Per French Consumer Code articles L221-18 et seq., natural person trainees acting outside professional capacity have 14 calendar days from agreement signing to withdraw without justification, exerciseable by email to contact@carrefourduweb.eu. Does not apply to B2B clients.
• Article 7-8 — Conduct & evaluation: Attendance sheets, end-of-training certificates, satisfaction questionnaires, replies to complaints within 10 working days.
• Article 9 — Accessibility & disability: Disability liaison reachable at contact@carrefourduweb.eu, response within 5 working days.
• Article 12 — Intellectual property: Training materials remain the IP of carrefourduweb.
• Article 14 — Dispute resolution: Amicable resolution preferred; consumer mediator CM2C (Paris). Otherwise: courts of carrefourduweb's registered office.
