The methods we use on engagements — in your team's hands.

Not every problem needs a consultant. Some need a method, applied properly, by people who know their business. Our Business Tools are the working instruments we use on client engagements — decision grids, assessment frameworks, specifications, reporting structures — packaged so your team can use them without us.

What these are

Not a template library. A method you can run.

A template is a blank document. A Business Tool carries the reasoning: what to ask, in what order, what a weak answer looks like, and what to do with the result. That's the difference between a file you fill in and a decision you can defend to your board.

  • Built from real engagements — every tool comes from work done with SMEs and mid-market companies, not from theory.
  • Designed to be used without us — instructions, worked logic, and the criteria that matter.
  • Maintained and versioned — you know which version you hold and what changed.
  • Reviewable — you can have your own work checked by us at any point.
The obvious question

“Why buy this when I can ask an AI?”

Fair question — we use AI ourselves, and we'd rather answer it than dodge it. A language model generates prose on demand, and does it well. What it doesn't hand you is a structured instrument: filled-in grids and matrices rather than paragraphs; deterministic rules, thresholds and scores that produce a testable result, kept separate from generative output; dated sources with an owner and a stated scope; built-in checks and human validation with defined roles; and funded maintenance, so the tool follows regulation and practice instead of freezing at a point in time. We test every product against a generic AI answer before we build it — and if the gap is too small, we don't build it.

What we cover

The families of tools.

Each family maps to a decision our clients actually face.

Readiness & Roadmap

Establish a clear baseline and turn it into a prioritised, defensible plan.

ERP & CRM Decision

Select, specify and govern business systems without losing control.

Automation & Data

Find where time is lost, and decide what to automate first.

ESG & Reporting

Structure priorities, responsibilities, indicators and reporting.

Cyber & Compliance

Organise governance and supplier assurance around dated evidence.

Funding & Business Case

Build a decision file that stands up to scrutiny.

Training & Adoption

Design the learning that makes a change stick.

How it's packaged

Editions — matched to how you'll use it.

Assessment

A one-off, scoped read using the method, delivered with you.

Core

The tool itself, licensed, for your team to run on its own.

Expert Review

You do the work, we check it and de-risk the conclusions.

Not every family exists in every edition today. We'll tell you plainly which fits your situation — and when a free assessment is enough.

Licensing

Clear rights, in English.

  • Company — internal use within a single company.
  • Team — use by an identified team or department.
  • Consultant — reuse in your own client engagements, without reselling the source files.
  • Education — teaching use by a school, trainer or training organisation.
  • Enterprise / Network — multi-entity, multi-site or network use.

Licence terms, support and materials are provided in English for every English edition we release.

How to get them

How to get them

Our catalogue is being built, and we'd rather tell you that than sell you a promise. Every tool is released only once its licence, support and materials are genuinely in place — in English, not translated. Tell us the decision you're facing: we'll tell you what exists today, and whether a free assessment or a scoped engagement serves you better right now.

Frequently asked

Frequently asked

No. The catalogue is being built, and every tool is released only once its licence, support and materials are genuinely in place. Tell us what you need and we'll confirm what exists today.

The free assessments give you an immediate read on your own situation, with no sign-up. Business Tools are the working methods behind our engagements, licensed for your team to apply repeatedly — with an expert review available if you want your conclusions checked.

Yes, under a Consultant licence: you may reuse the method in your own engagements, but not resell the source files. We'll confirm the terms in writing before you commit.

Scope and responsibilities

What we do — and what we don't

Business Tools support your decisions; they do not replace professional advice, and using them does not constitute legal, tax or accounting advice, nor does it guarantee compliance or certification. Where funding is mentioned, eligibility is assessed during scoping and the decision to award rests with the funding body.

Know the decision, not the product?

That's the right way round. Tell us what you're trying to settle — we'll point you to the tool, the assessment, or the engagement that actually fits.
