carrefourduweb is a Qualiopi-certified training body (French national quality certification for vocational training providers, certificate n° F3242-1-I issued by PRONÉO CERTIFICATION on 29 December 2024, valid until 28 December 2027). Activity declaration n° 32591300259 (DREETS Hauts-de-France). For a French entity — a subsidiary, a branch, or a French-registered company — this certification is what makes a funding request possible at all: OPCO, FNE-Formation, or a Hauts-de-France regional scheme. Qualiopi is the French national quality certification for training providers. It runs on a three-year cycle — an initial audit, a surveillance audit in between, and a full re-audit at renewal — and it conditions access to public and mutualised (OPCO) training funds in France. What that means here: the way these programmes are designed, delivered and assessed is externally audited, not self-declared.
No technical prerequisites. Our programmes are open to any working professional in an SME or mid-sized company, from upper-secondary level or two years of equivalent professional experience. A positioning questionnaire is sent before every programme, so the content matches the participants' actual level and needs.
Each action’s programme (learning objectives, content, duration, methods, assessment) is provided on request at contact@carrefourduweb.eu — reply within 5 working days. Each path is tailored after a positioning questionnaire; there is no fixed catalogue.
Pricing on quotation, after analysis of your requirements. It depends on format (in-company or inter-company), duration and number of participants. Eligible for French OPCO / FNE-Formation / regional funding.
Lead time confirmed in the proposal, depending on format and funding arrangements.
Result indicators. Consolidated indicators will be published at the end of the reference period.
Carrefourduweb undertakes to adapt its programmes for participants with a disability. A named disability liaison — a role required of every Qualiopi-certified training body in France — reviews each request for an adjustment to teaching methods, organisation or equipment, so the programme remains accessible.

For every programme, Carrefourduweb produces and retains a detailed syllabus (learning objectives, duration, methods), signed attendance sheets, an individual completion certificate, a participant satisfaction questionnaire, and an annual training report.
