Business Resilience & Transformation Review

The international 360° review — independent decision support for growing, digital and sustainable organisations operating across markets.

A successful transformation does not begin with software selection. It begins with a shared, evidence-based understanding of how your organisation actually operates and what must change to support its strategy. This review answers five management questions — before you commit budget or a vendor.

Purpose

Five management questions

The review is designed to give management a clear answer to five questions:

1What is limiting the organisation's performance today?
2Which issues are symptoms, and which are root causes?
3Which risks require immediate management attention?
4Which investments will create measurable business value?
5What transformation can the organisation realistically deliver?

It does not begin with technology. It begins with your strategic ambitions, operating reality, people, processes, data, risks and capacity to execute change.

Fit

When this review is relevant

It is particularly valuable when an organisation faces one or more of these situations: a delayed or poorly adopted ERP/CRM programme; a digital initiative that produced limited value; heavy reliance on spreadsheets and manual controls; processes that vary between teams, sites or countries; management reports that are slow or hard to trust; fragmented cybersecurity and untested recovery; entry into new European markets; or preparation of an acquisition, succession or ownership transition. It suits SMEs, mid-market and family-owned companies — particularly those operating across several markets.

Deliverables

Eight management deliverables

Every finding is documented through a consistent structure — observation, evidence, root cause, business impact, recommended response, ownership — so recommendations are never disconnected from evidence.

Executive decision brief

Current position, critical findings, principal risks, business opportunities, immediate actions and the decisions required.

Evidence-based diagnostic report

A detailed assessment across the agreed review dimensions, each finding traced to its cause and impact.

Process & information-flow maps

End-to-end workflows, decision points, system interactions, controls, delays and failure points.

Organisational maturity assessment

A positioning across capability areas, to identify what must improve before the organisation can progress safely.

Risk & dependency map

Operational, technology, data, supplier, key-person and transformation risks, structured for management.

Prioritised initiative portfolio

For each initiative: objective, rationale, owner, urgency, expected value, effort, dependencies and indicative budget range.

Transformation roadmap

Organised over four periods (first 90 days, 3–9 months, 9–18 months, 18–36 months): what to do, and what not to start yet.

Benefits measurement framework

Indicators, baselines, targets and measurement owners — so results are demonstrable, not asserted.

Method

Evidence before opinion

The review follows complete business flows end to end — quote-to-cash, procure-to-pay, record-to-report — combining management and employee interviews with operational observation. No single viewpoint is treated as the complete picture; conclusions rest on converging evidence. It is technology-neutral and supplier-independent: the diagnostic conclusions remain separate from any vendor's commercial interest.

Available in three formats — Executive Review (a defined decision), Core Business Review (this engagement), and Extended Resilience & Transformation Review (a complete basis for multi-year transformation). The right format is agreed at scoping.

Terms of the engagement

Independence and limits

What it is

Technology-neutral, supplier-independent, evidence-based and management-oriented. A practical basis for decisions, investment and execution — proportionate to your organisation.

What it is not

Not a statutory financial audit, legal opinion, certification audit, penetration test or detailed technical security assessment. Where specialist expertise is required, the review defines the need and decision criteria for it. Local legal, tax and cybersecurity advice remains with qualified national specialists.

FAQ

Questions you're likely to ask

The systems check focuses on your ERP/CRM environment. This review assesses the whole organisation — strategy, governance, operating model, processes, data, systems, AI, people, cyber and sustainability — to prepare a full transformation decision.

It is the international edition of the same service. This version covers a broader scope for cross-border operations — thirteen assessment dimensions, multi-market governance, and three engagement formats — which is reflected in its positioning.

Yes: remotely, on site, or hybrid. For international assignments we combine local interviews, remote cross-border workshops and shared digital evidence rooms.

No. The expected benefits are treated as targets to measure, not automatic promises.

You hold a prioritised roadmap. Carrefourduweb can support implementation, supplier selection, programme governance or change management — with diagnostic conclusions kept independent from any vendor.

After a first exchange, we agree scope and terms. Payment is made by invoice before the engagement starts. Prices are shown excl. VAT; for EU B2B clients, reverse-charge VAT applies.

Available

Remote Decision Review

A full organisation-wide review isn't always necessary. If your need comes down to a single defined decision, the decision review is the entry point: shorter, less committing, fully remote.

When the review turns into an investment to fund: separate a sound investment from a fundable one, and prepare the funding without letting the programme shape the project.

Transformation Blueprint Europe

When the review turns into a European programme: separate what is designed once for the group from what must differ by country, and decide what to launch, combine or stop.

European Adoption & Value Realisation

When the review shows the systems are in place but the ways of working never followed: adoption architecture, manager enablement and five-level measurement.
