Six service packages depending on your scope — see below. Final scope and price are agreed after scoping.
A programme can be delivered on schedule, within budget and to specification, and still change nothing. Six months after go-live, part of the organisation still works as before, consolidated data quality is worse than before the deployment, and no operational benefit can be demonstrated to the board.
The deployment succeeded. The transformation did not. These are two different projects, and only one of them was managed.
The engagement may cover European Union Member States, EEA countries, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, the Western Balkans and other European markets connected to the operating model. European Union legislation is not treated as a universal rulebook applying identically in every European country. Three levels are used instead of one.
Responsible technology use, data protection, cybersecurity awareness, accessibility, human oversight, workforce capability, measurable adoption, transparent governance.
Applicable legislation, employment requirements, employee representation and consultation, sector obligations, language needs, data-location constraints, national funding opportunities.
Communications, learning content, deployment timing, local examples, support channels, management routines, escalation arrangements, adoption indicators.
Most programmes measure the first level and declare success. The value sits at the fifth.
Six stages, from expected outcomes to transferred ownership.
The programme includes formal gates. Each states what must be true before the next stage begins, and each gives the sponsor an explicit right to pause.
The business problem is clear, expected outcomes are defined, the sponsor is identified, the scope is stable.
Impacted populations are identified, country-level risks are understood, managers know their responsibilities, critical skills gaps have been assessed.
Users are selected, processes documented, data available, learning and support prepared.
Pilot results are acceptable, defects prioritised, support capacity confirmed.
You receive a structured report, walked through together in a decision session. The previews below show its structure and level of detail.

Standard scope covers up to four countries and is quoted according to the number of countries, functions, languages and workshops. Large-scale local training, translation, permanent support and technical implementation are quoted separately. Online payment: none — quotation and invoice only.
Continuous Adoption Office — initial term of three months, then monthly renewal. Either party may terminate with one month’s written notice.
European Adoption Programme Office — term defined in the engagement contract. Either party may terminate with three months’ written notice.
Recurring fees may be revised annually, subject to two months’ notice.
The engagement designs the adoption architecture and its country adaptations, equips sponsors and managers, measures adoption on five levels and establishes decision gates. It does not configure, develop or integrate the technical solution. It does not replace national legal, employment or data-protection advice. It does not deliver large-scale local training or translation as such. It does not guarantee outcomes that depend on client decisions and resourcing.
A successful deployment and a successful transformation are two different projects. If part of the organisation still works as before six months later, only the first one was managed.
Yes. Employee-consultation requirements, language needs and sector obligations differ, and can change the deployment sequence. Each country receives an activation pack rather than a translated copy of the group programme.
The engagement designs the adoption architecture and produces operational job aids. Large-scale local training and translation are quoted separately or delivered by specialist providers.
No. It applies to ERP, CRM, data platforms, AI-enabled tools, cybersecurity practice, automation and sustainability reporting — anywhere a technical delivery must become a change in how people work.
On five levels, not one: reach, use, proficiency, behavioural adoption and business value. Most programmes stop at the first and declare victory.
Ownership is transferred internally with a continuity plan. The Continuous Adoption Office is an option if you want recurring support for new releases, new employees and new countries.
Upstream, when the portfolio is still to be arbitrated: what is designed once for Europe, what is adapted per country, and what is stopped — before adoption is even in question.
