Case study · Training & learning engineering

Building professional programmes that hold up to an audit.

Designing training isn't stacking slides: it's connecting a framework, competencies, activities, evidence and assessment. Here's how we work, drawn from real assignments — institutions not named.

Our role

Engineering, not improvised delivery.

We design the programmes, the case studies, the assessments and the evidence system that makes them auditable and eligible for a funding request. Carrefourduweb is a Qualiopi-certified training provider (certificate n° F3242-1-I, PRONÉO CERTIFICATION, valid until 28 December 2027). Qualiopi is the French national quality certification required to access public training funding.

What we build

Four building blocks.

Aligning a demanding framework

Turning a framework spanning governance, ERP, data, risk and performance into a professional programme: competencies, activities, evidence and assessment, aligned. Deliverables: syllabus, progression, cases, grids, Qualiopi evidence.

Case studies that hold

Self-contained, demanding, tied precisely to the course: context, tasks, deliverables, annexes, templates and criteria. Deliverables: full case, annexes, templates, grid and marking guide. In group form, the case distributes roles while still requiring one coherent analysis.

Assessment with traceability

A single overall mark hides the gap between analysis and argument. We mark criterion by criterion, with evidence and comment. Deliverables: marking table, strengths, gaps, remedies; register and completeness check at volume.

Structuring Qualiopi evidence

Procedures have to reflect the real learner journey and continuous improvement. Deliverables: procedures, programmes, questionnaires, improvement register.

What it changed

Training you can defend — to an auditor and to a funder.

A programme aligned to its framework, traceable assessment, and evidence that's actually maintained: that's what makes training auditable and potentially fundable (French employer-funded schemes, subject to approval — the funding body decides).

A programme to design, or to have reviewed?

Let's talk through your context and build the right path together.
